These Super Duplex Steel Bars are primarily made up of chromium (24–26%), nickel (6–8%), molybdenum (3–5%), and trace amounts of nitrogen, striking a perfect balance between corrosion resistance and high strength. They boast impressive mechanical properties, with tensile strength reaching up to 850–900 MPa and yield strength around 550–600 MPa. Typically, they have a Brinell hardness ranging from 280–310 HB, showcasing excellent toughness and fatigue resistance.
