Titanium Grade 5 forged fittings are 90% titanium, 6% aluminum and 4% vanadium. This alloy offers a high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent corrosion resistance and exceptional fatigue resistance. Mechanical properties include tensile strength up to 1380 MPa, yield strength up to 1150 MPa and elongation 10%.
